Subject: ONE DAY AT A TIME

Here's a little something I apparently started Dec. 17. This'll probably be one of those poems I'll widdle on every now and then. I found one of Ev's (and mine! - thanks to Ev') favorite Scripture verses in a nice format and included it too. Certainly, knowing God and trusting in His providencial care makes this ONE DAY AT A TIME living bearable and doable - afterall, according to His plan we're accomplishing things for His glory that He predetermined for our lives to conform us to the image of His Son. Whatever the day may bring there's always reason to look up and sing! Our Shepherd knows where we're headed even if we don't. If you're lost and confused come back to the Cross - that's where the journey starts. May the peace of God be with you. Love, Jeff

ONE DAY AT TIME
One day at a time life presses us forward,
Into the wonderful plan of Christ our Lord;
Each sunrise brings new light for the day,
To awaken His joy in hearts full of grace.
Every heart's purpose was created by God,
Who guides us in His love to know His Son;
Each heart's true desire is met in the Lord,
Who shepherds and keeps us moving forward.
