6 For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
Wonderful Counselor, [a] Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

In church we've been studying Isaiah 6:9 for the past four weeks leading up to Christmas. I was asked to write a poem about one of the four glorious descriptions of our Lord in that passage of Scripture and read it for the church. I didn't realize it was going to be recorded (it was!).
