Thanks be to God,
For all of life and hope;
Peace to calm our restless souls,
And joy that lifts us to the heights again.

Thanks be to God,
For all of heaven and the earth;
Faith to conceive the Miracle of New Birth,
And love that binds new hearts to true friends.

Thanks be to God,
For all of truth and light;
Freedom to choose to fight the good fight,
And strength that endures to the end.

Thanks be to God,
For all of Jesus and the Way;
Contentment to carry our cross as we pray,
And grace upon grace in Christ our forgiveness. Amen!
